A collective of 32 leading fashion and textile companies has come together to sign a Fashion Pact committed to setting practical objectives for reducing the environmental impact of the fashion industry. These organizations will work diligently to stop global warming, restore biodiversity, and protect the oceans.

The coalition consists of brands and groups in luxury, fashion, sports, and lifestyle, in addition to suppliers and retailers. To date, the likes of adidas, Burberry, Chanel, Hermès, Karl Lagerfeld, Kering, Moncler, Nike, Prada, PUMA, Ralph Lauren, and Stella McCartney, among others, have all joined the Fashion Pact.

By focusing on the three essential areas mentioned above, the collective hopes to safeguard the planet. Every company involved in turn promises to embrace these commitments surrounding climate, biodiversity, and oceans.

On this episode of The Dropcast, we are joined by Juice Rodriguez, the VP of Marketing at Concepts, the brand that is known for their footwear collabs. Listen below.
