With lengthy periods of time between musical releases, Frank Ocean may be averting some of his attention to another industry. His music has of course been featured in a number of movies and television shows, but now it appears that Ocean is trying his hand at acting.

Frank's IMDb page has in turn been updated with a new role, as he will be playing a character named Kevin in Korean-American director Michael Kang's Ships Passing in the Night. The movie will tell the story of Brad Bang and Grace Sol, a male supermodel and a fragile actress who fall for one another, despite their love being forbidden.

It remains to be seen if Ocean's character is a key contributor, with the film currently being in pre-production.

Be sure to stay tuned for more surrounding Frank Ocean's foray into acting.
