Double Tap to Zoom

Over the years, a handful of artists from Minnesota have been making a name for themselves like Lizzo and Corbin. GainesFM is the latest rapper to pop off from this midwestern scene and today we're premiering his Rahki Smith-produced single "Forever." The Rico Nasty-assisted track is featured on GainesFM's forthcoming mixtape Death of FAME which touches on the many dimensions of his personal insecurities, aspirations, and thoughts. GainesFM described Rico Nasty as a "new age rockstar" who was inspiring to collaborate with.

"She really works all day everyday and sets a great example of what it takes to be successful," he said. "I'm really proud to have her on this project. She's a future icon."
