Harry Styles Is in Venice Showing How to Do Vacation Looks
After months of shuttered ice cream stores and locked-up beach loungers, many European countries have started to open their gates to tourists. One of those is Italy, and it just counted Harry Styles among said tourists. The artist was snapped in Venice this week, out of office and boarding a boat in a very strong warm-weather ensemble. Its nucleus is a Bode shirt, and its whole has us thirsty for letting new looks out into the world this summer.
When the number of outfit components is lessened by the heat, statement shirts become even more potent. Harry's is a one-of-a-kind Bode shirt made from 1950s children's blankets. In typical Bode fashion, the piece features some stunning antique embroidery, this time in the form of a horse-topping cowboy at the back.
The shirt does most of the talking here, so Harry smartly pairs it with a neutral choice — a pair of brown cord shorts — down below. He goes with an equally turned-down footwear selection, wearing some faded checkered Vans Authentic sneakers. He goes loud with the accessories, though, carrying bold Gucci luggage and finishing things off with some statement Aviator sunglasses (almost certainly Gucci, knowing him).
It's not the first time Styles' has got a serious look off in Italy. The country seems to do something to him. If you want to try and emulate that, whether Italy is in reach or not, we've picked out some Harry-on-holiday-inspired pieces below.
