Ahead of the release of his forthcoming album, All My Heroes Are Cornballs, JPEGMAFIA has linked up with album-collaborator James Blake on a new episode of his YouTube series, Disappointed. In the clip, Blake is invited to sit through a listening session of the new album and his reaction is captured on camera. Watch above.

Blake's appearance follows other JPEGMAFIA collaborators Jeff Tweedy, Kenny Beats, and DJ Dahi, all of whom have sat in the Disappointed hot seat. As Blake discusses in the video, being a guest on the show isn't really his ideal way to hear the new project for the first time.

"There is one thing that is terrible about doing this," Blake tells JPEGMAFIA. "The first time I hear your new album is going to be in a fragmented listen. This is the worst way to hear your first record by far — on camera and four tracks picked at random. You never want to hear your favorite artist's tracks picked like that."

All My Heroes Are Cornballs is due to drop this Friday, September 13. Check the full tracklist here.
