Double Tap to Zoom

Some of fashion's bolder color trends peter out, not to be seen again for years to come. Others just seem to glow brighter and brighter. Highlighted as the color everyone would be wearing in the SS18 season, recent signs of volt's popularity can be seen in both OFF-WHITE's most recent Air Force 1 pack and the super steezy workout gear released as part of Nike's latest Tech Pack. Now, proof that this isn't only the reserve of sportswear comes from new pieces by Korean designer Juun.J.

Having started out as chief designer for Club Monaco, Juun.J's own collections began in 2007, focussing on intrepid construction and minimalist aesthetics. Stocked at luxury e-commerce go-to SSENSE, the Seoul-based designer's latest collection recently hit its online storefront — with the most eye-popping designs unsurprisingly coming from its 'lemon yellow'-colored apparel, sneakers, and accessories.

Joining more understated black bombers, hoodies, and pants, stand-out pieces include an oversized graphic sweatshirt with a tonal embroidered logo and graphic print on its back, as well as a pair of cropped, multi-pocketed cargo pants. If you failed to cop OFF-WHITE's volt Air Force 1s, Juun.J's Volume 3 sneakers also make for a fashion-forward alternative in a chunky, treaded sole silhouette done out in leather and mesh.

Take a look at all our favorite colorful designs currently available from Juun.J below, along with some more highlights from the SS19 line, and click through if you plan to keep the volt trend alive.
