LEGO has just released a new authentic build for all the automotive enthusiasts out there. Available today for $150 is a detailed 1,580-piece Porsche 911 RSR replica.

The 911 RSR set was developed in partnership with Porsche, featuring a noticeably aerodynamic design with realistic movement and mechanisms to introduce young builders to the world of engineering. The build is decked out with authentic features that include a rear wing with swan neck mounts, extended rear diffuser, and specially designed side mirrors, in addition to black spoked rims and realistic headlights and taillights.

To further mimic the real-life 911 RSR, the LEGO Technic set incorporates numerous functions such as independent suspension and a six-cylinder boxer engine with moving pistons, while the cockpit boasts functional steering, a radar screen, fire extinguisher system, and more. The car comes in an authentic white, red, and black color scheme, with a complementary sticker sheet for custom detailing.
