After teasing the collection late last year, LOEWE has released its collaboration with Studio Ghibli dedicated to beloved 1988 film, My Neighbor Totoro. Designed by creative director Jonathan Anderson, the anticipated capsule finds the movie's protagonists featured on a slew of apparel styles and accessories.

The collaboration celebrates LOEWE and Studio Ghibli's mutual love of craft and artisanal techniques, as well as a shared appreciation for nature. My Neighbor Totoro hones in on the connection with nature, serving as an homage to the preservation of harmony between living beings and the outdoors.

“There is a natural longing for heartwarming feelings right now. When I think of a movie that affords me that kind of solace, speaking just as directly to a child as it does to an adult, that movie is My Neighbor Totoro,” said Anderson.

The iconic characters and fantasy landscapes seen in My Neighbor Totoro have been transformed into prints and hand-painted motifs featured throughout LOEWE's collection. T-shirts and hoodies are offered in relaxed fits, as a range of leather accessories serves as the ideal complement. Totoro and company are emblazoned on iconic LOEWE bags such as the Puzzle, Balloon, and Hammock, in addition to leather pouches and wallets.
