Double Tap to Zoom
Loewe x On / Ryan McGinley
1 / 4

Unless you’ve lived under a rock, you’ll know that Loewe has been everywhere recently. From Ariana Grande at the Met Gala to Zendaya at the Challengers premiere, the internet can’t seem to get enough of the luxury brand. Keeping up the pace, the Spanish luxury house is now venturing into activewear with a new Spring/Summer collaboration with On, that is titled "crafted for all conditions."

Loewe’s luxury know-how and On’s engineering expertise have proven to be a winning combination. The two have been "making running a lot more fashion" for a couple of years, and they're taking it one step further and making it official with a new joint logo—Loewe’s signature double L’s paired with On’s lettering. The days of outdated sweats and mismatched gear are definitely over.

To truly capture the adventurous spirit of the collection, Loewe and On headed to the wild landscapes of Indian Canyon, Palm Springs, and Simi Valley in California, where American artist Ryan McGinley captured athletes, including top-ranked American tennis player Ben Shelton and Japanese runner Masato Yokata. Shot on classic film and Polaroid, McGinley’s images follow the athletes, accompanied by a series of dynamic short videos by the talented New York director duo Rubberband.

The new collection emphasizes the power of simplicity, offering cozy technical bottoms, like track pants and training shorts, and performance-pushing accessories, such as neck gaiters, socks, and arm sleeves. The collection also includes recycled technical jerseys and performance tops in a range of colors from vibrant seaside shades like orange, pink, and blue to muted neutral monochromes, and a ‘Storm’ tie-dye in blue, grey, and white.

To make sure you can perform your best on any given day, the collection also includes high-performance outerwear such as insulated parkas, puffers, and vests, along with layered ultra-light jackets. Rain, sun, or even snow—you truly have no excuse to drop your weekly mileage.

When it comes to footwear, Loewe and On have launched a brand new sneaker, the Cloudtilt 2.0. It builds on the previously released Cloudtilt silhouette, adding rubber toe guards, extra padding on the tongue, and a branded heel loop. It comes in black, tan, green, blue, pink, and neon yellow. The original Cloudtilt, too, returns in a wide selection of new colorways.

Loewe and On have once again crafted a collection that promises both functionality and style. Whether you’re on the track, at the gym, or simply out and about, Loewe and On empower you to perform at your best while looking it, too.
