What we're saying: The #MuleBoyz movement is steaming ahead and it just got a major boost from Louis Vuitton, with not one but three luxury mule styles that are sure to convert some shoe-wearing oddball to cross over to the strapless side.
The LV Easy Line Mules take the style to ostentatious new heights in three different formats. First, there's the monogrammed slip-on that features the Maison's signature canvas and an LV buckle. Meanwhile, the shoe's structure, with its rounded cap and rubber sole with neon stitching, is very reminiscent of Dr. Martens. The second iteration comes dressed in black leather, with subtle branding on the heel and a heavy metal LV buckle on the top.
However, it's the third model that really pushes the luxury mule agenda. Here, Louis Vuitton doesn't skimp on extravagance with the lead Easy Mule, coated with dyed fox fur and elevated with a gold “LV” on the forefoot strap. There’s also the same ridged outsole seen on the other styles.
Gone are the days that mules equated slipping on crocs for gardening, Louis Vuitton just elevated the #MuleBoyz cause and we're forever grateful.
