Double Tap to Zoom

The world of Loro Piana has always been one where luxury can not only be seen but felt. For FW 25/26 the Italian luxury house takes us on a journey through new landscapes with its “The Way We Were” collection, blending artistry with everyday lifestyle in a way only they can.

Drawing inspiration from the landscapes of Argentina, the Scottish highlands, New Zealand and Australia, the designs connect clothing and life, enticing harmony with nature as a holistic way of being.

To celebrate the collection Loro Piana brings back the kiosk on Via dei Giardini as a throwback to the brand's longstanding history. Inspired by a historic post office, the kiosk is plastered with iconic black-and-white campaign images from the '90s, giving it a vintage yet timeless feel— but it isn’t just a place to admire. Visitors get to pick up postcards and use the special Loro Piana stamp to send them off to any address they want. As a bonus, you even get a copy of “The Loro Piana Chronicles”, a newspaper offering a peek into the brand’s 100-year history. If your friends aren’t sending you a Loro Piana postcard, can they really call themselves your friends?

For the menswear line, the brand puts freedom of movement and softness at the core with functional, yet elegant pieces that feel as natural as the landscape they honor. From textures to tailoring it’s all about letting the clothes flow naturally with you (because why would luxury move against you?). Loose tailored trousers get tucked into boots and you can even sport technical blazers and pants that are actually meant for horseracing. To make sure you’re decked out head to toe, boots have been crafted in collaboration with master bootmaker Le Chameau.

On to the womenswear where skirts and trousers take on new shapes putting the horseriding theme to the forefront. Cheviot, cashmere, silk, and merino wool wrap everything up, while the colors stay true to the natural theme Long skirts, quilted jackets and cozy knitwear nod to Scottish and Argentinian landscapes, while footwear is grounded in a more equestrian style, with the boots (also in collaboration with Le Chameau) stealing the show.

Visit the Loro Piana Kiosk from February 28 to March 1 at Via dei Giardini.
