Megan Thee Stallion kickstarted a dance challenge to coincide with the release of her self-directed "Captain Hook" video, the third track from her latest album, Suga.

The music video, which was co-produced by Max Julian, follows Stallion inside the recording studio, where she writes, argues, records, twerks, gambles, and parties her way through the process of making a new album. Watch the video below.

While the challenge was primarily introduced on TikTok's rival Triller, it gained momentum on Instagram after Stallion herself posted the challenge her account, which she captioned "#captainhookchallenge Y’all want the music video ?."
