What We’re Saying: There's no denying that Salehe Bembury has one of the best New Balances of the year and one of the best sneakers of the year in general. Chances are, however, that many of you weren't able to get your hands on the designer's recently-released 2002R "Water Be the Guide," so you may be looking to fill a void in your collection. If you've been searching for a vibrant colorway to rival that of Bembury's, look no further than this 992 in blue with silver metallic accents.

The 992 had a considerably strong 2020 thanks to highly sought-after collaborations from the likes of Joe Freshgood and WTAPS, just to name a few. The co-branded efforts have carried over into 2021 as well, all the while, New Balance has made a concerted effort to deliver enticing general release colorways like what we have here.

Dressed in a mixture of blueish green hues, the Made US 992 boasts one of those color schemes that is ideal for summertime wear. Reflective silver accents draw added attention to the pair, which is crafted from pigskin and mesh for a durable yet sporty look. Down below, the midsole catches the eye with a gradient effect that has been implemented.

Now these are no Salehe's, but there is no denying a good colorway when you see it. You can bolster your New Balance selection by copping the blue and silver 992 today — just follow the link underneath.
