The Nike ACG Air Mowabb is rumored to be returning in its OG colorway to celebrate the silhouette’s 30th anniversary. The Air Mowabb was designed by Tinker Hatfield and has become one of the poster boys for Nike ACG over the years.
The last time the OG colorway was released was in 2015. The color scheme combines what Nike calls Birch, Bright Mandarin, Hyper Royal, and Rattan, which is basically a beige base with hits of bright blue on the outsole and the neoprene bootie, as well as orange accents on the ankle collar and heel.
The Air Mowabb’s OG colorway has been used as inspiration for a number of sneakers in the past, while the model has also been the subject of a high-profile collaboration with COMME des GARÇONS recently.
No word yet on when the sneaker will be released, though retail is believed to be set at $180.
