Chinese New Year is now less than a month away and it’s safe to assume that most sneaker brands will be releasing special-edition sneakers to commemorate the passing of yet another lunar year. Nike, who has seen great growth in China in 2019, will likely drop its customary selection of Chinese New Year-themed sneakers in the coming weeks.

Part of the pack is apparently the above Nike Air Jordan 1 low, whose product shots have found their way online. This means that an official announcement and release are likely not too far off.

The design’s defining feature is its mismatched upper, which combines different materials, embroidery, graphics, and colors for a truly wild look. Check it out above.
