Nike is expected to release a new iteration of the Air Jordan 1 Low inspired by the famed sweater and shorts combo Michael Jordan wore during the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. Also referred to as the "Nothing But Net" colorway, the pattern was previously seen on a 2015 release of the Air Jordan 7.
Here, we get a first look at the rumored Air Jordan 1 Low courtesy of insider @solebyjc. The sneaker features a white leather base with the multicolored pattern complementing via overlays. Black leather is then used on the Swoosh branding on the side as well as at the ankle collar. The pair is finished with a white midsole and black rubber outsole.
Nike has yet to announce this particular Air Jordan 1 Low release, but rumors suggest a launch will take place later this year. As always, however, be sure to check back with us for confirmed details. In the meantime, you can see MJ donning the aforementioned sweater below in McDonald’s 1993 Super Bowl commercial also featuring Larry Bird.
