Editor’s Notes: Many say 2020 was the year of the Dunk, however, considering all of the early leaks and news regarding upcoming Nike Dunk colorways, it looks like 2021 will be even bigger than last year. The above “Football Grey” Nike Dunk High is part of a pack of women’s-exclusive Dunks that make use of classic color blocking. mixing a white base with a mix of vivid and more muted pastel colors on the overlays at the toe, heel, and eyestay.

This particular pair mixes a very light pastel blue on the overlays with a vintage-looking grey on the base. With vintage-looking and cream-colored sneakers being a huge trend in 2020, it almost feels like a missed opportunity, not having dropped this colorway in 2020. Still, it’s likely that this pair will sell out upon release, even if the Nike Dunk hype has seemingly reached its peak.

The coming months will be extremely interesting for fans of the silhouette, who can look forward to releases such as the “Coastal” Dunk Low, a Valentine’s Day colorway, and many more rumored iterations. As always, stay tuned for more information on those and keep it locked to this page for a complete set of retailers stocking the “Football Grey” Nike Dunk High.
