Heralded as potentially the most innovative mind of modern culture, Virgil Abloh never shied away from sharing wisdom. Among the litany of frame-worthy quotes uttered by the inimitable designer, creative, auteur, etc., Abloh is cited as having once said, “I don’t have to choose between high fashion and streetwear. My brand reminds me that it doesn’t have to fit in a box. It can just be in the gray area.” 

The brand in question? None other than Off-White™, an entity that intentionally exists in the in-between spaces, as Abloh’s words thoughtfully suggest.

Now under the creative vision of Art & Image Director IB Kamara, Off-White™ manifests as a beacon for experimentation, seamlessly blending aesthetics through countless collaborations and bespoke creative works. Built on a foundation of malleable practice, Off-White™ is iteration personified, carrying on Abloh’s dynamic concept of tweaking, adjusting, and adapting how we understand and interact with the contemporary world.

Honoring the brand’s inspired innovation and thought-provoking design, the Milan-based luxury maison introduces _LOGIC, a creative incubator to foster relevant collections and collaborations as the brand looks toward the next ten years and beyond. Already having turned classic industry standards on their head, Off-White™ deploys _LOGIC as an extension of its core mission to continue to generate opportunities that promote its founder’s hope of provoking fresh cultural conversations.

Returning to its roots to explore new potential, Off-White™ begins its latest initiative with a capsule collection that communicates the passionate ethos Abloh mapped out, threading together the brand's past, present, and future. 

Showcased on the streets of Chicago, the famed origin point of Abloh and his ambitious philosophies, the 13-piece capsule leverages distinctive designs and classic graphics synonymous with Off-White™’s ten-year legacy.

The inaugural _LOGIC collection includes a line of t-shirts and hoodies decorated with archival graphics from the Off-White™ catalog, acting as a physical timeline showcasing the brand’s evolution. A special “OW” varsity jacket embellished with heritage characters on the sleeves and the brand’s credo–– Defining the grey area between black and white as the color of Off-White™–– displayed on the back also joins the series. 

Plus, the iconic low-top “OUT OF OFFICE” sneakers receive remixes in two versions for this collection: a stripped-down monochrome style to expose the essence of the shoe and the other employing Off-White™’s signature blue for an elevated and detailed aesthetic.

The foresighted series also comprises a selection of curated home objects, from an archival graphics and logos poster, featured in full-color and metallic designs, to three distinct area rugs fashioned to resemble the classic Off-White™ script logo, a red leaf “OFF” emblem, and a seafoam green statement piece displaying the brand’s aforementioned philosophy.

Debuting on November 20 on www.off---white.com and www.FarFetch.com, as well as at independent Off-White™ stores and select retail partners worldwide, Off-White™ _LOGIC serves as a starting point for the brand’s next chapter, acting as both an homage to a storied history and a blank canvas for what there is still yet to discover.
