What We’re Saying: The third Patta x Nike Air Max 1 colorway arriving today. Previously, Patta co-founder Guillaume Schmidt and the label’s brand director, Lee Stuart, both took to Instagram to share the first official teaser of the pink/maroon colorway that had leaked several weeks ago. Now, the sneakers arrive via Patta’s own channels, with a wider release expected to follow next week.

If the other two drops are anything to go by, the drop will likely sell out with speed, so if you’re looking to pick them up today, be quick.

This pair features the same radical redesign as the first two. The Air Max 1’s signature mudguard is reshaped into a wave, though the color blocking on this pair strays from the OG AM1 color scheme. The Swoosh, quarter panel, and mudguard are all done up in what appears to be luscious pink or maroon leather.

Take a look at the images above, and stay tuned for more information regarding a wider release. In the meantime, find out what the Patta team had to say about the project and its significance.
