Pokémon Center

It's hard to decipher what kind of utilities you might need as a Pokémon trainer dredging through the Kanto region – I mean, what exactly is required packing when trying to get an electrified squirrel into a ball? Eh, the mind wonders. Perhaps a good start would be a selection of watches, bags, and accessories from Fossil.

When it comes to Pokémon, and more specifically, its e-commerce platform, the Pokémon Center, there are absolutely no limitations to craft and collaborations. If you can imagine it, you'll find it. These are the benefits of being one of the biggest multi-media franchises in the world, used to the brand's full advantage.

While some of the biggest money to be spent and made on the franchise comes from its lucrative trading cards, there's plenty of fun to be had outside of collecting, trading, or selling these – far less stressful ways.

The latest brand to immerse itself fully in the world of Pokémon is Fossil. For this time-up, the watch brand has put a selection of products center stage; first and foremost, its globally respected timepieces.

Much like the pocket monsters of the Pokémon universe, the selection within the capsule collection is varied. If something made of metal is your cup of tea, then stainless steel options are available, donning the iconic Kanto region starters – Pikachu, Charmander, Bulbasaur, and Squirtle.

If you're in the market for something with more of a personal touch, each of these starters (except for Pikachu) is given an individual treatment on a mixed material 42mm watch.

An additional option that sports Gengar's face was also available in a full-metal finish but has unfortunately sold out.

There's more to browse than watches from the full collection (which is available to shop online now), including a selection of leather bags, card holders, and a metal keyring.
