To celebrate the relaunch of one of PUMA’s most iconic silhouettes—the GV Special—PUMA threw an epic event over the weekend called 'Bloodlines' honoring Atlanta’s unique hustle and spirit.

In order to drive home this message, the PUMA Bloodlines event encouraged consumers to hop on Atlanta’s historic MARTA transportation system to experience the rhythm and energy of the city through specially marked PUMA stops beginning at Steve Polk Plaza.

Once fans hit all three stops they automatically won a free pair of PUMA GV Specials which culminated to the final event of the evening—a massive block party at Woodruff Park with special guest performances by Earthgang, all rocking the PUMA GV.

The GV Special first made its debut in the early 1980s on the feet of legendary Argentine tennis player Guillermo Vilas. The GV Special features breathable perforated leather uppers that sit atop a distinctly thick outsole. This new iteration features crisp white uppers accented by a blue and red form stripe for a clean yet elevated take on the original.

Take a look at everything that went down at 'PUMA Bloodlines' Atlanta over the weekend and cop your very own pair of PUMA GV Specials.
