Pyer Moss
1 / 5

Brand: Pyer Moss

Model: Sculpt

Key Features: Oversized would be an understatement when talking about the Sculpt’s midsole, whose three bulbous sections encase half of the sneaker’s upper. The aesthetic of the Sculpt is sports performance if sports were performed in space. The bright yellow tooling stands in stark contrast to the black, muted upper, serving to further highlight its enormous size.

Release Date: October 3

Price: $595

Buy: Pyer Moss, SSENSE, and regardingfresh.com.

Editor’s Notes: Pyer Moss is readying the release of its first-ever, standalone sneaker. Dubbed the Sculpt, the shoe has been in the making since 2017 and combines luxury streetwear with hyper futurism.

Pyer Moss founder Kerby Jean-Raymond has shown that he has a knack for taking existing designs and giving them a fresh twist through his collaboration with Reebok. Now he has also shown that his ability to design sneakers extends far beyond collaborations or archival silhouettes. The Pyer Moss Sculpt is a banger of a first in-house shoe.
