The Wild Vetements Instapump Fury Is on Sale Here
It’s been more than 27 years since the Reebok Instapump Fury Trainer came out, and its silhouette is still a regular collaboration fixture. Several big players in the luxury sphere have picked these running kicks to imprint their own house codes. From Maison Margiela’s furious Tabi Sneakers to Juun. J’s monochromatic take, the Reebok Instapump Fury has seen many different guises. This time, Reebok teams up with Vetements for one of the boldest takes of them all.
Vetements’ history with Reebok dates back a few years. The two brands joined forces in 2017 when the Demna's label gave a fun spin to the Instapump Fury Sneaker by adding emojis and doodle typography throughout. Since then, other models like the Reebok Spike Runner 200 or the Spike Runner 400 have also been infused with Vetements’ grungy DNA.
Reebok and Vetements met again in 2019 for another Instapump Fury spin-off and splashed some graffiti elements throughout the model. Another collection of graffiti-coated sneakers was dropped the following year, but this time alongside the eye-catching newcomer entitled “The Masterpiece.”
These colorful kicks comprise mesh and leather paneling, a rubber sole unit for comfort, and a pull tab at the back for practicality. As for its design, the white backdrop of the shoe emphasizes the vibrant hand-painted brushstrokes that cover the pair.
Spring is officially here, and that means getting adventurous with color. While others opt for varsity colorways, why not choose a bolder option to spice up your ‘fit? This pair is made to stand out and turn some heads. Plus, now available at 70 percent discount at The Outnet, you don't need to stress the $2835 original price tag.
