A sneaker that's been on our radar is Reebok's Zig Kinetica. If the name reminds you of the ZigPulse from 2010, your thinking's not wrong. Building on its origins, the Zig Kinetica continues to innovate in terms of performance and aesthetics.

The name comes from a distinctive zigzag silhouette, which is intentional. The shape and the sole optimize energy return and uses a three-part system to elevate performance. The first is Floatride Fuel, which is what provides an everyday cushiony feel. The second is the Zig Energy Shell, which uses and returns kinetic energy. And the Zig Energy Bands make the outsole expand and contract in a super responsive way.

If all of this sounds a bit techy, it's because it is, and the result is a kick that moves seamlessly from the gym to the streets. We're also excited about the bold silhouette and colorways that looks at once sporty and edgy.

Peep the video above to view our unboxing of Reebok's Zig Kinetica. The kicks dropped on February 21st and are available on Reebok.com.
