Concepts x New Balance 740

Release Date: January 10

Editor's Notes: Concepts channels its inner négociant for the latest iteration of the New Balance 740. Arriving in a ‘Brut’ colorway, referencing Brut champagne crafted in northeast France, the new release features a two-tone mesh upper with a contrasting black logo and sole.

Nike Air Max Muse

Release Date: January 10

Editor's Notes: Nike starts the year off right with a new addition to its Air Max family. With a sleek silhouette accented by chrome overlays atop the black mesh upper, the pair features Nike's signature Air bubble sole and a jewel Swoosh logo for the finishing touch.

OTTO 958 X ASICS Protoblast-CMLVIII

Release Date: January 10

Editor's Notes: Following up on the 2023 GEL-FLEXKEE release, OTTO 958 and ASICS are back with the Protoblast-CMLVIII.

Designed with a clean black and green leather upper, the pair borrows the midsole cushioning from ASICS HN2-S and features co-branded embroidered logos.

Nike Air Jordan 3 "Black Cat"

Release Date: January 11

Editor's Notes: First released in 2007, the “Black Cat” 3s are back for fans of retro, all-black sneakers.

The new and improved version features the classic blend of nubuck and patent leather accents with elephant print at the heel and toe cap.

Liberty London x adidas Country OG

Release Date: January 10

Editor's Notes: Collaborations like this new 4-piece drop from Liberty London are a great reason for brands to bring back more cultural releases similar to adidas' Materials of the World series in 2006.

This new iteration of the Country OG celebrates the fabric store's 150th anniversary with a floral-print upper inspired by British gardens.

JJJJound x New Balance 2002R GORE-TEX

Release Date: Out Now

Editor's Notes: For the second all-black pair on this list, JJJJound and New Balance’s latest collaboration finally sees a wider release date for its annual 2002R drop. The new pair follows suit as previous releases and comes equipped with a reinforced GORE-TEX upper for the cold weather season.
