Stella McCartney, English fashion designer and daughter of former Beatle Sir Paul McCartney, celebrates last year's 50th anniversary of the iconic Beatles film, Yellow Submarine, with a new collection featuring motifs and graphics from the picture. The capsule and its coinciding campaign serve to spread a statement of unity to a modern audience, similar to the overlying message from the film.

“I recently went to a screening with family and friends for the digital relaunch of Yellow Submarine,” McCartney said in a statement. “I hadn’t seen it since I was young, and honestly it blew my mind. It affected me in a way I just wasn’t expecting. Especially this idea of connecting people and bringing people together — politically this message has never been more relevant. So, I came out and I was like ‘I have to do something.’”

Stella McCartney's "All Together Now" collection consists of styles for men, women, and children. Pop art portraits of The Beatles are emblazoned on patches for outerwear and various knitwear for men, while pants and jackets pull inspiration from marching band uniforms seen in the film. For women, the "Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds" scene is reimagined on dresses with a washed finish and additional flowing silhouettes. Furthermore, the "All Together Now" slogan and other messages of unity appear on knitwear and jersey pieces for men, women, and children.

In adhering to the designer's commitment to sustainability, the collection makes use of sustainable materials such as organic cotton jersey and denim, regenerated cashmere, ECONYL recycled nylon, sustainable viscose, and a new 100 percent recycled cotton Breton.

Stella McCartney's "All Together Now" capsule, which is a part of her Autumn 2019 range, is available now in Stella McCartney stores and online.
