Stephen King's 'Pet Sematary' Is Absolutely Terrifying in New Trailer
While a number of horror pictures are hitting theaters and streaming services alike throughout October, Stephen King fans have a new adaptation to look forward to in the coming months. Here, we get our first look at the Dennis Widmyer and Kevin Kolsch's take on King's Pet Sematary.
Accounting for the second adaptation of the book, Pet Sematary follows Dr. Louis Creed (played by Jason Clarke) as he and his family move from Boston to rural Maine. While settling in to their new home, the Creeds discover a mysterious burial ground hidden deep within the woods. After paying a visit to their neighbor, Jud Crandall (played by John Lithgow), an unfathomable evil is inexplicably unleashed.
Amy Seimetz stars alongside Clarke and Lithgow in 2019's Pet Sematary, which is due out in April.
