Crisp mountain air, sun on your cheeks, fresh powder underfoot, and a thrilling sense of anticipation before hitting the first run of the day—if you’re nodding along, you’ve probably heard of ski brand Black Crows. The French independent label has been disrupting the ski world and earned its place among those who seek stylish adventures in the cold. Now, it’s back with Powder Hunter, a limited edition collection for skiers who live for untouched terrain and deep powder. Dropping only when the storm hits the mountains, this collection is for those ready to chase it. Are you?

Founded in Chamonix, France in 2006 by pro skiers Camille Jaccoux and Bruno Compagnet, alongside industrialist Christophe Villemin, Black Crows is all about precision and passion. Known for its high-altitude skis built for all styles and skill levels, the brand has made a name for itself by designing (to perfection) everything a skier needs to conquer the slopes, from high-end skis and poles to technical outerwear. For the limited Powder Hunter collection, the brand decided to do things differently. Unlike others in the ski industry, the Black Crows hunt begins not with a set drop date, but with the snowstorm itself. When that first hit of snow covers mountain peaks and turns the sky white, that’s when the brand gets ready to drop its special gear. So if you’re here for more than just the après session and crave a bit of adventure, then Black Crows is most definitely speaking your language.

The Powder Hunter collection ticks all the boxes, comprising three pieces specifically designed for skiers who spot untouched lines from the lift and aren’t afraid to make the mountain their playground. With a 122mm waist width, double rocker, and a gentle camber the Nocta Powder Hunter is perfect for surfing and deep soft powder. The Oxus Powder Hunter is built, with a handle and harness-inspired strap for comfort, and a flexible basket that can handle any terrain. And for those who get caught in the storm (and enjoy every second of it) the Dorsa 22 Powder Hunter X-Pac backpack is compact, tough and gives you easy access to all your gear with a full U-shaped opening. One thing’s for sure—whatever the cold throws your way the Powder Hunter collection keeps you ready.

The campaign kicks off with a call to action: ‘Let the hunt begin.’ With the Nocta skis locked in, Oxus poles in hand, and the Dorsa 22 backpack strapped to your back, it’ll be hard to catch you whizzing down the slopes. And the message from the brand? Well, that’s simple — make the collection your own, embrace the adventure ahead, and (most importantly) chase the storm. Just like untouched powder snow, this collection won’t stick around for long. Don’t miss the hunt and get yours before it’s too late.
