What We’re Saying: In their relatively short collaborative relationship, Vivienne Westwood has delivered some of ASICS' most eye-catching designs. This month the duo is back with their second release of the year, debuting the GEL-Kayano 27 in a pair of bold colorways.

Per Westwood, the GEL-Kayano 27 "references both the classic sneaker style's origins, and our own history of deconstructed, DIY design." We find the running sneaker offered in “White/Lichen Rock” and “Liche Green/Brown” colorways, each of which is outfitted with ASICS' most innovative performance technology.

The GEL-Kayano 27 features a redesigned mesh upper to enhance breathability, while the sole unit below promotes the natural rolling motion of the foot while running. DYNAMIC DUOMAX tooling is implemented to support the foot and increase stability, and SPACE TRUSSTIC technology is featured in the midsole to aid in a smoother transition.

From a cosmetic standpoint, the collaborative sneaker boasts reflective elements to ensure you're seen no matter the time of day. In addition to the customary ASICS branding, the GEL-Kayano 27 incorporates Vivienne Westwood markings as well to properly signal the collab.
