Kanye West's YEEZY SUPPLY webshop has been rated as a "bad" e-commerce experience according to consumer review website Trustpilot. Consumers have given the online store a miserable one out of five star rating, equating to 91% of customers not satisfied with their experience.

NBC previously reported in December 2018 of the hundreds of customers that have filed complaints with YEEZY SUPPLY, claiming they ordered products from the web store but never received their purchases. Many also expressed their frustration with an unresponsive customer service.

The public outcry resulted into the Better Business Bureau investigating the matter, which the nonprofit organization said it received more than 300 complaints about the webstore in October 2018, then another 189 in November 2018, and a total of more than 700 complaints in 2018 alone.

Interestingly, since the investigation, Trustpilot points out that customers are still encountering the same issues. A user commented, "Yeezy Supply billed me $380 CAD for the 350 Sesame's on November 18th, 2019. It's now the end of February, 4 months later, and the Sesame's are nowhere to be seen. I've emailed tens of times and no response. Can not find a phone number anywhere online. If anyone has a phone number to contact them, or a solution to a similar problem they've had, please share!! WORST online shopping experience EVER."
